Eligibility for a Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 60 days of your original purchase date.
- Products must be returned in their original condition: unopened, unused, and sealed in the original packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot issue refunds for opened, used, or tampered items.
How to Start a Return
- Email our Customer Support Team at support@ascndtaller.com within 60 days to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, we'll send you detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
